Scoot City has hand-picked several stops along our tour to make sure you have the time of your life and can take back some memorable pictures as well. Every stop has an amazing back drop for picture taking. The tour starts in a very exclusive area of Las Vegas called Summerlin (named after Howard Hughes' grandmother). You'll have an opportunity to cruise through some really nice neighborhoods and truly understand that life does exist off the Las Vegas Strip.
After about a five mile drive through the middle of the Mojave Desert (of course on a paved road) you will experience the sheer beauty of Red Rock Canyon. Our first stop is Calico 1....which is one of the most popular rock climbing spots in the entire United States. Then we're off to at least two more stops in the canyon where you'll have a chance to see where professional rock climbers come from all over the world to climb, and you can even try a little hiking/climbing yourself. One of the most amazing views is when we roll up to High Point Overlook (we'll be almost up to 5000 feet elevation). You'll have expansive views of the southern part of the Las Vegas Valley with almost 70 miles of visibility looking out towards Los Angeles. As we continue to cruise through the canyon there is a good chance you'll see some wild burros and other wildlife.
Total tour time is approximately 4.5 hours and that includes pick up and drop off time as well as safety instructions. Actual time spent in the scootercars is about 3.5 hours, which includes driving time and stops. Total driving distance in the scootercar is 35 miles with at least 3 stops to allow for mild hiking and picture taking, and there are three bathroom breaks about one hour apart. Both driver and passenger can alternate driving with no additional charge. At least one personal tour guide will lead you through the tour, however, you are free to go off on your own at each stop for a set period of time. Your tour guide will also serve as your personal concierge to take pictures of you as well as offer you recommendations for dinner, shows, etc. Just ask! Scoot City pays for your admission into Red Rock Canyon. In addition, we provide coolers of ice water.

In the event you have to cancel your tour, you will be given a full refund as long as you email us info@scootcitytours.com at least 7 days prior to the time of your tour. No refunds are given within 7 days of your tour date. For group bookings, no refunds are given within 14 days of your tour date. If it happens to rain too much on the day of your tour and we have to cancel, we will try to reschedule a time that is available for both you and Scoot City. If that's not possible, Scoot City will issue you a full refund or credit towards a later tour, whichever you prefer.
